Tony Alderson

CEO & Co-Founder

Tony heads up our Who’s Who for Alderson Commercial. He grew up in a construction family, and likes to say he graduated from the School of Hard Knocks. Tony has done it all: sales and leasing, project operations, finance and entitlement, marketing, construction management and supervision, design and development. As a relationship builder and dream maker, he leads the charge to bring exceptional quality (also flip-flops, and Van Halen) into to the commercial construction industry.

Chris Hoffee

President & Co-Founder

A Construction Engineering & Management graduate from Purdue, Chris has worked at various levels of construction, from pouring concrete through project management. His eye for detail and technical insights provide a positive, reassuring experience for clients, and make him the perfect partner for big picture, visionary Tony. Perhaps some credit is due to his epic phoenix arm tattoo, and the perseverance it represents.

Daniel Taylor

Vice President of Business Development

Daniel goes out and connects future clients with the Alderson Commercial Group culture. He has more than 10 years experience in real estate and construction sales, and over 20 years experience in construction. Daniel understands business and how to bring those dreams to life. Daniel earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Ball State University, and his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
