EMPLOYMENT POSITIONS

Project Manager

This is an office-based position in our downtown Indianapolis office. We are looking for someone with the ability to plan anything from small to large projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. This individual will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the projects. This person will be face forward with our clients, daily. This position requires heavy and effective communication skills.

Project Superintendent

This is a field-based position on construction projects in Central Indiana. We are looking for a flexible, detail‐oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. Superintendents will work closely with all members of the project team and supervise all trades in the field. Projects range from small renovations to large ground up commercial buildings. This position requires heavy and effective communication skills.
