Tony Alderson | President & Founder
With more than 19 years of experience in all areas of commercial real estate development, Tony understands how to make projects succeed. Over the years, he’s managed construction, developed sites, managed building design and development, supervised and managed properties, and has overseen sales and leasing, project operating proformas, financing and entitlement, branding and marketing, and more. Having worked nearly two decades in Marion County and the surrounding area, Tony has a keen understanding of this region. As the president and founder of Alderson Commercial Group, Tony oversees the firm’s business and becomes personally involved in establishing and serving both new and existing customers. In 2007, he decided to bring clients all of this expertise, along with an uncommon level of customer service, through the Alderson Commercial Group.

Chris Hoffee | Vice President & Founder
Chris is vice president and founder of Alderson Commercial Group, and his field expertise is the perfect complement to Tony’s business acumen. Chris brings 10 years of previous experience specializing in medical office, dental office, professional office and retail building projects. Chris is an expert at bringing a project from the ground up, from preliminary design and budgeting to design, engineering, finishing, schedule oversight, value engineering, construction process management, subcontractor management, finance tracking and final turn-over. His keen insight for all technical aspects of the job helps bring customers an outstanding product at the best possible price. As vice president and founder of Alderson Commercial Group, Chris is personally involved in the management of the business and oversight of all building projects.

Laura Hoffee | Project Coordinator
Laura came to Alderson Commercial Group early in 2009, bringing with her a depth of expertise in construction project management. Laura has been an administrative assistant, earned her associate degree in construction engineering technology and has quickly moved up to project manager positions, in which she has managed schedules, design and construction quality for multimillion-dollar projects, including parks and recreation facilities and schools. Laura brings Alderson’s clients the assurance of a tightly managed project that finishes on time and on target.
